Chapter Challenge 2005

The Chapter Challenge was organized by Dana Kahan Benjamin who chose the theme of "Independence Day". The Chapter Challenge was held at the July 9, 2005 meeting.

Challenge Rules

Chapter members brought entries concealed in bags or containers so that the identity of the crocheter would be secret. Entries were required to have some element of crochet, but were not required to be totally crocheted.

Each person was given a peppermint candy and voted by placing their mint in a cup in front of the crocheted item. After the results were announced, the participants claimed their entries, and talked about them at Show-and-Tell. Dana gave each participant a gold star embellished with red, white and blue ribbons.
